  1. We’ve been members of the UCCU for over 30 years. We would like to purchase a home in Las Vegas, NV. We’d like to take out a $250,000 equity line of credit for that purpose. The house is assessed to sell for $355,000, but we can buy it for $235,000.
    Would you be able to do that?
