The UCCU Board of Directors is made up of nine members from a variety of industries and areas of expertise. These elected representatives serve voluntarily, providing a wealth of diverse experience and leadership that benefits both UCCU and our members.
UCCU’s Board of Directors is accountable for establishing corporate goals; approving major financial decisions, financial statements, and corporate strategies; allocating major resources; representing UCCU in the community; and supervising the operations of the credit union. The role of director requires dedication, good judgment, excellent decision-making skills, time commitment, and a solid understanding of the community UCCU serves.
